ST. LOUIS – McDonald’s is set to introduce a new sandwich this fall, and it puts a twist on one of its timeless signature sandwiches.

The 1968 fan favorite Big Mac is set to swap out its beef patties with two chicken patties to create the new highly anticipated Chicken Big Mac.

After appearing on McDonald’s menus around the world, fans in the U.S. will finally be able to get a taste of the reimagined sandwich for the first time starting Oct. 10.

The Chicken Big Mac will feature familiar toppings of the trademark sandwich but now replaces the two beef patties with two tempura-battered chicken patties on a sesame seed bun.

To help fans distinguish if the Chicken Big Mac is truly an original Big Mac, the chain will use the help of internet star Kai Cenat to invite some of his famous friends to get their reaction to the sandwich during one of his livestreams. Fans are encouraged to follow along on McDonald’s social media to see when Cenat will go live.

In addition to the Chicken Big Mac, the chain is also bringing back its famous ‘Boo Buckets‘ just in time for Halloween. The buckets, which can also serve as a nice vessel to carry during trick-or-treating on Halloween, is set to return to the chain on Oct. 15.

The Chicken Big Mac will be around only for a limited time and will be available at participating locations while supplies last.
