ST. LOUIS COUNTY – Maryland Heights are inviting women to participate in a self-defense class to learn skills to stay safe.
In the class, Tae Kwon Do instructor Miss Kennedy will teach women defensive moves to use when facing a potential attack. Women must be be ages 14 and older to participate.
The two-hour event will take place on Wednesday, July 24 at 6 p.m. in the Maryland Heights Community Center.
The class costs $25 for members and Maryland Heights residents and $30 for non-residents.
