ST. LOUIS — A 53-year-old man is hospitalized after his motorcycle crashed near the Dome at the America’s Center in downtown St. Louis early this morning.
Authorities report that the incident occurred around 3 a.m. as the man was riding north on Lumiere Place. He attempted to switch lanes onto Convention Plaza but struck the center median. The impact caused his motorcycle to be airborne, eventually landing north of the median.
Emergency responders took the man to a hospital, where he is currently listed in critical yet stable condition.
