ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A west St. Louis County must appear in court next month after being charged with exposing himself in the food court at West County Center earlier this year.
According to the Des Peres Police Department’s probable cause statement, the incident took place on March 25.
Police said Thomas Merriman (age not provided) exposed himself while walking around the food court in full view of shoppers.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Merriman with one count of first-degree sexual misconduct. Merriman was issued a criminal summons and ordered to appear in court on Nov. 12.
