Man charged for filming minors in St. Louis Galleria dressing rooms: Police

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. – A St. Louis man has been charged with videotaping minors while using dressing rooms at a retailer in the Saint Louis Galleria

According to the Richmond Heights Police Department probable cause statement, Peter Spezia (age not provided) filmed two females under the age of 17 while undressing in changing rooms at Urban Outfitters in the mall.

Police said Spezia used his phone to record the two victims undressing on Jul. 27 and again at the same store on Aug. 3.

Spezia was confronted by the second victim’s mother after she witnessed him leave the dressing room area.

Spezia was later identified in a photo lineup. Police discovered over 500 dressing room pictures and videos after removing them from his phone.

A warrant is out for Spezia’s arrest. According to court documents, Spezia has been charged with two counts of invasion of privacy. He has been given a $250,000 cash-only bond and ordered to not come within 1,000 feet of the Saint Louis Galleria.
