Man accused of exposing himself to women at St. Charles County park

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – A man faces criminal charges after he allegedly exposed himself to women at a St. Charles County park.

The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged Stuart Bridges, 33, with three counts of first-degree sexual misconduct amid the investigation.

The St. Charles County Police Department reports, according to victims, Bridges was recently walking around Dardenne Greenway at Barathaven Park and wearing only boxer briefs. Victims reported to police that they could see his genitalia exposed in front of the boxer briefs.

Officers later responded to the park and questioned Bridges about the reported behavior before taking him into custody.

Bridges was booked into St. Charles County Jail on a $10,000 bond and ordered to no contact with the victims, according to online Missouri court records.
