Longtime friend describes Kamala Harris as a teenager

Vice President Kamla Harris was born and raised in northern California, but as a teen she moved to Montreal where she met a friend who set her on a path to becoming a prosecutor. That friend, Wanda Kagan, joined CBS News to discuss what Harris was like in her youth.
