ST. LOUIS – Lewis and Clark Community College is honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. this week with a commemoration event.
It’ll be on the college’s Godfrey campus starting at 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
The free public event honors King’s civil rights legacy by showcasing his signature speeches performed by students, plus songs from the college’s music department.
