Judge approves $600 million settlement for East Palestine, Ohio, residents

A federal judge has approved a Norfolk Southern railroad settlement offer of $600 million for people who lived within 20 miles of the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, where hazardous chemicals spilled out of tank cars and caught fire. CBS News Pittbusrgh’s Andy Sheehan reports.
