Inflation rises at higher-than-expected rate in February

New economic data shows inflation ticked up last month at a higher-than-expected rate. The Consumer Price Index rose four-tenths of a percent in February with a marked increase in the cost of shelter and gasoline. CBS News contributor Javier David has more.
