ICE could be forced to release thousands of detained migrants over budget shortfall

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement could be forced to release up to 6,000 migrants from immigration detention centers, because Congress has failed to approve emergency money the Biden administration requested, a senior agency official told CBS News Wednesday. Scott MacFarlane reports.
