Hurricane Milton causes mass evacuations, fuel shortages as it nears Florida’s west coast

The National Hurricane Center has warned that Milton will be life-threatening and devastating to parts of Florida’s west coast. The National Guard has come to help before Milton even begins lashing the state. They are helping clear debris in St. Petersburg that was left behind by Hurricane Helene. Meanwhile, videos show traffic of people leaving the Tampa area as the storm has forced mass evacuations.
