How much daily dairy consumption do you need? Doctors are debating the subject

Milk and other dairy products have typically been considered important for the body’s growth and well-being. But the Wall Street Journal reports a growing number of researchers and doctors are challenging that assessment and some say we may not even need dairy at all. Dr. Dariush Mozaffarian, professor of medicine at Tufts Medical School, joined CBS News to discuss dairy consumption.
