ST. LOUIS – Homicide detectives with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a shooting Tuesday night.
The incident occurred around 8 p.m. in the 3800 block of Lindell Blvd. One man was shot and his condition is unknown at this time.
Police converged around the Coronado apartments near Lindell and Spring, which are across the street from Saint Louis University.
An alert from the SLU Department of Public Safety encouraged students to avoid the area. The alert also indicated that the crime scene was not associated with the school.
