ST. LOUIS — Heat and humidity continue today, with highs in the low 90s but heat index values closer to 100. A few storms will once again be possible, especially out towards central Missouri. For storms that develop, locally heavy rain and gusty winds will be the threats.
Mostly clear, warm and muggy overnight, with lows in the low to mid 70s. Heat and humidity increase even more from Sunday through Tuesday. Highs on Sunday and Monday will hit the upper 90s with heat index values of 105.
Rain chances increase late Tuesday through Wednesday ahead of a cold front that will bring a break in the heat. Highs on Wednesday are only in the low to mid 80s.
