BISMARCK, Mo. — First responders are on the scene of an ammonia nitrite and diesel leak on Highways N and NN in Bismarck, Missouri. Meteorologist Chris Higgins says that a hazmat crew is on the scene.
Higgins reports that a diesel truck loaded with ammonia nitrate is tipped over onto the shoulder of the road. Crews are working to get the truck placed back on the road.
