Harris announces her vice presidential running mate

Vice President Kamala Harris, who earned 99% of delegate votes at the DNC virtual roll call vote to formalize her status as the Democratic nominee, announced her vice presidential running mate on Tuesday. The two will kick off a multi-day campaigning tour of battleground states, starting in Philadelphia.
