Haitian Prime Minister Ariel Henry says he will step down once a transitional presidential council is created. Henry has been stranded in Puerto Rico since armed gangs unleashed a wave of deadly violence in Haiti’s capital, Port-au-Prince. CBS News senior foreign correspondent Holly Williams has more.
