ST. LOUIS – Police are searching for three suspects who apparently carjacked a woman sleeping in a parked car Thursday morning in St. Louis.

The incident unfolded around 3:30 a.m. in St. Louis’ West End neighborhood, in the 1100 block of Hodiamont Avenue.

Investigators say three people, believed to be teenagers in dark clothing, awoke a 32-year-old woman sleeping in her car and immediately tried to enter the vehicle. At some point, all three suspects flashed a gun. They allegedly ordered the victim out of the car and onto the ground, and the victim complied.
