Grenfell Tower fire inquiry points to failures by U.K. government, contractors and first responders

Nearly seven years after 72 people were killed in the fire at London’s Grenfell Tower, a retired judge who headlined an inquiry into the blaze says the deaths were all avoidable. The investigation into the fire has revealed failures by the U.K. government, building contractors and first responders. BBC correspondent Ellie Price has more.
