ST. LOUIS – A fundraiser is happening Saturday to benefit a Ferguson police officer who is still in the hospital with a traumatic brain injury.
The Drink House STL on Page Avenue is hosting the benefit for Travis Brown.
The 36-year-old officer was knocked to the ground during a protest ten years to the date of Michael Brown’s death.
While Travis Brown is making progress in the ICU, his family is still waiting on him to open his eyes.
The cost is $10 to get into the event and $25 will get you VIP access.
The event begins at 7 p.m. Saturday.
