Hurricane Francine made landfall Wednesday in Louisiana as a Category 2 storm, pummeling the southern part of the state with heavy rain and winds up to 100 miles per hour. After making landfall, now Tropical Storm Francine is moving north, leaving hundreds of thousands without power.
