ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Florissant woman is accused of helping recruit, harbor, and transport an underage teenager for the purposes of having sexual performances for men at a St. Louis County casino.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department’s probable cause statement, investigators learned on February 23 that a 16-year-old was the victim of sex trafficking.

Police claim that Angel Henderson and Mack Mitchell would bring the teenager to River City Casino to engage in sexual performances with paying johns.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged both Henderson and Mitchell with second-degree sexual trafficking of a child under 18. Bonds for both were set at $300,000, cash only.

Arrest warrants were filed on February 23.

Henderson was served on February 27 and taken into custody. She’s due in court on March 4 for a bond reduction hearing.

Mitchell remains at large.

Anyone with knowledge of Mitchell’s whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Louis County Police Department.
