Fire damages Overland apartment building

OVERLAND, Mo. — Fire damaged an apartment building in Overland. It started just before 1 a.m. Monday on Cedar Glen Drive, near Spencer Avenue.

Firefighters say they had to call for additional help because it was so cold. They had a small issue with a fire hydrant being frozen.

Four families were displaced. The Red Cross is assisting them.
