Fatal shooting investigation in High Ridge

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – Detectives with the St. Louis County Police Department’s Bureau of Crimes Against Persons are investigating a fatal shooting in High Ridge on Tuesday.

According to Sgt. Tracy Panus, a department spokesperson, officers were called to the 10400 block of Prince Drive around 10:45 a.m. for a shooting.

Officers found the victim, an adult male, suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital where he later died.

The victim has not been identified and the investigation is still ongoing, Panus said.
