Eyewitness who administered CPR to Trump rally shooting victim: “There was lots of blood”

In addition to former President Donald Trump, at least one person was killed and two others critically injured when a gunman opened fire at the former president’s rally in Pennsylvania. Scott MacFarlane, who was at the rally, spoke to an eyewitness who administered CPR on the victim.
