Explaining UNRWA and its controversies

More than a dozen countries have suspended aid to UNRWA, a U.N. humanitarian agency that helps Palestinian refugees, following allegations that 12 of its staffers were involved in Hamas’ Oct. 7 terror attack on Israel.
