EUREKA, Mo. – The Rockwood School District is facing a discrimination lawsuit after a Eureka High School student says he was repeatedly assaulted and harassed.
The student admitted, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, that a junior shoved his genitalia in his face while a sophomore restrained him in the locker room during his freshman year in 2021. His mother says the bullying continued for two years and that it caused her to lose her job.
District officials have not responded for comment.
