Endangered missing person advisory for St. Clair woman

ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. – The Illinois State Police has issued an endangered missing person advisory Monday evening for a woman last seen in Marissa, IL.

Luann Rucker, 60, was last seen at 113 Cedar St. around 8 p.m. Monday.

She is described as a white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing 105 pounds. Rucker has a tattoo on her right calf, described as a rose with a heart.

She has brown hair and is wearing a purple shirt with blue jeans, according to police.

It is said Rucker has a condition that places her in danger.
