ST. LOUIS – Friday is the deadline for felony marijuana expungements in Missouri.
When voters legalized recreational marijuana in February, it also promised to automatically remove marijuana-misdemeanors and felonies involving less than three pounds of marijuana.
More than 97,000 charges have been expunged so far, but Friday’s deadline will not be met.
