De Smet claimed their first basketball championship since 1999 with a 75-56 victory over Jefferson City in the Class 5 Boys game.
John Burroughs defeated defending Class 5 champion Lutheran St. Charles to win the Class 5 girls title in a St. Louis metro area showdown.
In the Class 4 girls game, Lift for Life emerged victorious against Central (Park Hills), 75-57, in another St. Louis area clash.
