FAYETTE COUNTY, Ill. – Country singer Drew Baldridge returns to his home state of Illinois today to shoot a music video and is asking locals to join.
Baldridge, known for his hit “She’s Somebody’s Daughter,” will be in downtown Vandalia, Illinois, to shoot a video for a new song from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Old State Capital.
“I need as many people to show up as possible,” Baldridge said on Facebook. The country singer, who’s originally from southern Illinois, asks locals to show up in everyday attire and represent the blue-collar working class.
Baldridge will also be performing this weekend in Patoka, Illinois; tickets can be purchased on his website.
