Controversial immigration law set to take effect in Texas

A controversial immigration law known as SB4 is set to take effect Wednesday unless the Supreme Court agrees to put it on hold while the court system reviews its legality. The law would allow Texas to prosecute migrants suspected of crossing the border illegally and give judges the authority to instruct migrants to return to Mexico. Camilo Montoya-Galvez reports.
