Communities struggle to cleanup from historic Hurricane Helene as the death toll rises

Hurricane Helene is now blamed for more than 130 deaths in the southeast, and the death toll is expected to rise. Days after the historic storm, rescue crews in western North Carolina are still struggling to clear damaged roads and help people in some of the hardest-hit areas.
