ST. LOUIS — This morning, clouds will continue to clear, and it’ll be a nice day for outdoor plans. We anticipate the return of strong to severe storms overnight into Sunday morning, with the latest data indicating their arrival around 5 or 6 a.m. Rain will continue through the morning hours.
After a brief break, we could see a second round of severe storms on Sunday afternoon and evening. Storms may result in locally heavy rainfall. The main threats are wind and hail, but we can’t rule out a tornado or two.
