ST. LOUIS — Today, 75 middle and high school girls will explore careers in construction at Clayco’s office in Overland, learning that the industry is no longer just for men.
Through interactive presentations, Clayco’s Network of Women will educate attendees about buying land, real estate, design, and the construction process from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The girls will also experience a virtual reality lab and compete to see which group can plan the best construction site in the shortest amount of time, showcasing the potential for future opportunities in the field.
