ST. LOUIS – Popular fast food chain Chipotle released its “must-visit restaurant guide” earlier this month, which includes one St. Louis stop with vibes unlike many others.

St. Louis’ Chipotle restaurant at 212 South Grand Boulevard, located in the city’s Midtown neighborhood, is one of ten global locations featured in the “must-visit” guide.

Chipotle says the restaurant is for its alien-obsessed customers. It runs inside a building with a flying saucer roof design and some intergalactic-styled lighting.

“This iconic mid-century modern structure makes it feel like you are dining in a UFO when visiting,” said Chipotle in its review of the restaurant.

Chipotle has more than 3,400 restaurants worldwide. The company says it’s “must-visit” guide is inspired by Valentine’s Day, right around the corner. Chipotle says the idea is that you can bring a date to one of these restaurants and impress him or her with the atmosphere.

“Whether fans are in a situationship or have proven their love by knowing their partner’s Chipotle order, these restaurants feature iconic views, rich history, or stunning architecture, making them ideal to experience with someone special,” said Chipotle.

Chipotle shares the St. Louis saucer building with a Starbucks, and it’s just a short walk or drive away from the Saint Louis University campus. Del Taco, Naugles, and Phillips 66 have also had runs serving the St. Louis community from the flying saucer building.
