ST. LOUIS – The last day of the St. Louis Cardinals’ All-Star break comes with a new schedule release for next season.

The Cardinals officially released their 2025 regular season schedule on Thursday.

St. Louis will open the season at home with a three-game series against the Minnesota Twins. This will mark the second time in three years that the Cardinals host an interleague opponent to begin a new season.

The Cardinals will have a season-long nine-game road trip from May 9-18 and a season-long nine-game homestand from June 3-11.

Next season will come with a lengthy wait to play one popular opponent. The cross-state rival Chicago Cubs won’t play the Cardinals until a four-game series at Busch Stadium on June 13.

The Cardinals will end the season on a six-game road trip against the San Francisco Giants and the Cubs from Sept. 22-28. They will close out the home portion of their scheduled on Sept. 21 against the Milwaukee Brewers.
