Bolts missing from Alaska Airlines plane’s door plug that blew out midair, NTSB report says

A Boeing 737 Max 9 that experienced a midair incident during an Alaska Airlines flight in January was missing bolts needed to keep a door plug in place, according to a preliminary report by the National Transportation Safety Board that was released on Tuesday.
