Black History Moment: Remembering the accomplishments of Dick Gregory

ST. LOUIS – Celebrate a comedian and civil rights icon.

Dick Gregory died in August 2017. The St. . Louis native worked with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on voting and human rights for African Americans. Gregory would have turned 88 years old on Monday. His family and friends will celebrate this weekend, and you are invited.


Missouri Catholic first grade teacher fired after lesson on slavery

The memorial birthday party will be Thursday afternoon, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. It will be in the 2nd presbyterian church at 4501 Westminster Place.
