Biden set to deliver crucial State of the Union to divided Congress

President Biden will use Thursday’s State of the Union to push Congress to cap out-of-pocket drug costs at $2,000 per year for Americans with private health insurance, and to restore the expanded child tax credit for low and middle income families. The president will also touch on immigration, an area where he has been under constant attack by former President Donald Trump. Ed O’Keefe has more.
