Biden hosts his final Quad summit in Delaware

President Biden brought the leaders of Australia, Japan and India to Wilmington, Delaware, Saturday, for the final so-called “Quad summit” of his presidency. It marked the fourth time the Quad leaders have met during Biden’s presidency in an effort to bolster their Indo-Pacific partnership. Natalie Brand reports.
