Baltimore fire official on search for survivors following bridge collapse

A search and rescue operation is underway and two people have been pulled from the water after the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore collapsed early Tuesday. Kevin Cartwright, chief public information officer for the Baltimore Fire Department, joined CBS News to discuss the search efforts.
