At Dallas airport, artificial intelligence is helping reunite travelers with their lost items

In a typical year at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, more than 18,000 items are reported lost. However, thanks to artificial intelligence, the airport is now able to return a large portion of those items to their owners. Omar Villafranca has details.
