HILLSBORO, Mo. – A Jefferson County Circuit Court judge signed an arrest warrant for a man accused of exposing himself to others at his apartment building.

According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office’s probable cause statement, the incidents occurred from summer 2023 until Mar. 9, 2024, at an apartment complex just south of Fenton.

The victim told deputies that Timothy D. Dunn (age not provided) had been romantically pursuing them and, on several occasions, had exposed himself in various ways. The most recent incident occurred on March 9.

The victim provided deputies with a video showing Dunn walking through a common area of the apartment complex with his genitals exposed and making eye contact with the victim.

Deputies took Dunn into custody and claim he admitted to purposely exposing himself to the victim for sexual gratification.

The victim told investigators Dunn said he’d sold his vehicles and was going to move to Canada. Deputies claim Dunn told them he was interested in “starting a new life in the Netherlands.”

The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Dunn with first-degree harassment and first-degree sexual misconduct. Upon arrest, Dunn will be held without bond.
