JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. – A 20-year-old Arnold man is in custody after shooting and killing another man in Imperial.
The shooting occurred on the 2400 block of Lombard on Wednesday evening. According to investigators, the shooting was a targeted incident.
The names of the victim and suspect have not been released.
