ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Bridgeton man is accused of robbing a group of men at gunpoint on a basketball court in St. Louis County and making one of the victims walk around a nearby parking lot in his underwear.
According to the St. Louis County Police Department’s probable cause statement, the robbery took place on March 26, 2023. Police did not provide a specific location.
The victim and three friends were playing basketball on a local court. Police claim Roosevelt Livingston (age not provided) and others walked onto the court and asked to play. The victim and his friends ignored Livingston, who then went and picked up car keys and cellphones belonging to the victim and his friends.

When the victim and his friends attempted to stop Livingston, Livingston lifted his shirt, exposing a gun tucked in his waistband. The victim and his friends tried to leave but they were blocked by one of Livingston’s friends, who was armed with an AR-style firearm.
Police claim Livingston ordered the victim to strip down to his underwear and walk around the parking lot. Livingston allegedly recorded the walk.
Livingston and his friends left with the cellphones, got in the victim’s 2010 Toyota Camry, and left. The victim’s car was later recovered in Illinois. The stolen keys and cellphones have not been found.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Livingston with first-degree robbery. armed criminal action, stealing a motor vehicle, and stealing. He was jailed on a $100,000, cash-only bond. Livingston is due in court next week for a bond reduction hearing.
