Arizona Supreme Court upholds near-total abortion ban from 1864

The Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that a century-old abortion ban may be enforced. The 1864 ban has an exception to save the life of the mother but none in cases of rape or incest. Scott Fredericksen, a defense attorney, joins CBS News with more details on the ruling.
