ACLU warns Supreme Court of “patently unreliable witnesses” in abortion pill rulings

The ACLU, Center for Reproductive Rights and The Lawyering Project told the Supreme Court in a filing in the case involving the abortion pill mifepristone that lower court decisions relied on “patently unreliable witnesses and studies.”
