ST. LOUIS – IDOT plans lane closures today on the Poplar Street Bridge.
IDOT closed three eastbound lanes on the bridge just a few minutes ago. They are scheduled to reopen at 3:00 p.m.
They are making repairs to the bridge deck and part of the lane divider.
